I received a call from this number on my cell phone, it went to voice mail and left a long and loud sounding message but no one was talking.

I agree above what this person wrote also. I am getting calls from this number on a daily basis to my mobile phone and this has been an on-going problem. This needs to be reported immediately to the local authorities.

I have only had this number for 5 days and the first time I received this call was a couple days after. I ignored it the first time. The next day they called twice. I let my voicemail pick up but no message was left. This last time I answered and they new me by name . Like I said haven't even had this number for a week.
